The estimated flat registration fee is US$700.00 (RMB4800) for regular participants and US$400 for students. Early registration fee is US$600 for regular, US$300 for students and US$100 for accompanying person. On-site registration is US$800 for regular, US$400 for students, and US$150 for accompanying person. One day registration fee is US$200. Fees could be changed due to changes in US$ value and price of commodities in 2013. Full registration covers attendance at all Scientific Meetings, abstracts of Congress papers (proceeding and CD-ROM), five lunches, coffee breaks, exhibition access, souvenir, and welcome reception. Student registration covers all but the proceeding of Congress papers. A Bursary Fund will also be available particularly for assisting attendance of delegates from developing countries. One day registration includes attendance to all Scientific Meetings for the selected day, abstracts of Congress papers (proceeding and CD-ROM), and one lunch. Accompanying person registration includes Congress opening and closing, Welcome reception cocktail, exhibition access, but not attendance to any Scientific Meetings.
